Mechanics & Supervisors

Iron Pulse supplies maintenance mechanics and supervisors who take charge of the work front with autonomy. More than technical labor, we deliver field leadership — someone who organizes the crew, talks to the client maintenance team and owns the schedule.

Mechanics run preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance: laser shaft alignment, dynamic balancing, induction-heated bearing replacement, vibration analysis and scheduled lubrication. Crews used to shutdowns, retrofits and equipment relocation.

Iron Pulse supervisors are trained in industrial mechanics with a track record on mid-sized and large projects. They lead fronts of 5 to 50 professionals, deliver weekly productivity reports, PRL indicators and integration with the client GMAO (CMMS).
